I am a proponent of the Prolean Wellness Programs because they are individualized and specialized. Prolean Wellness programs are unique to each individual since everyone has different nutritional needs. These customized programs encourage fat loss without the compensation of muscle tissue, which is imperative! My goal is to help each individual reach their ultimate potential by providing them the tools necessary as well as encouragement and support throughout their journey. Nutrition is an ever-changing field, so I am continually researching the latest studies and believe in applying evidence based practices. I advocate a wholesome clean diet, regular exercise and stress management in order to live the healthiest life possible. I am inspired by those who continue to improve their overall health by applying learned lifestyle approaches. One of my greatest joys is witnessing individuals overcome certain health conditions and obstacles by adhering to necessary changes in their daily lives. I am determined to help make this world a healthier place, one person at a time! – Natalie
