Green Keto Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 scoop collagen (1 scoop Vital Protein)
    or whey protein
  • 1 tsp. MCT oil
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cashew  milk (or any nut milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup of monk fruit or 2 tbsp. stevia
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

Puree the ingredients until smooth and then pour into a bowl. Add chia, hemp seeds, or blueberries on top!
