Ingredients

  • Large handful of mint leaves
  • 3 Tbsp whey protein powder (chocolate)
  • 1-2 generous pinches of powdered stevia (Sweet Leaf peppermint, preferably)
  • Small handful of ice cubes
  • 1 Tbsp cacao nibs, unsweetened
  • PHASE 2: 1 1/2 cups of almond/cashew milk (unsweetened)
  • PHASE 2: 1 small ripe avocado

Directions

Throw all the ingredients, except the cacao nibs, into a blender and blend until smooth. Toss in the nibs and blend for an extra few pulses or garnish on top.
