P3 ProLean Pancakes

Ingredients: 
  • 1/3 cup Steel Cut Oats
  • 3 Egg whites (1/2 cup)
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla MRM Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries (or other berries)
  • ½ tsp. Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp. Treleafia (or pure powdered stevia)
  • Non-stick cooking spray
Directions:
  1. Blend all the ingredients (except the cooking spray).
  2. Coat a pan with cooking spray (zero calorie) and place over medium heat.
  3. After a few minutes,  pour on the pancake batter until it covers the pan in a thin layer.
  4. Cook the pancakes about 1 min on each side or until they are fully cooked.
    -Makes 2 pancakes
