Phase Two Recipes

The Bland Bar

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 1/4 cup pepitas
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup Vitafiber Syrup
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla or English toffee liquid stevia
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt (or less)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl then tranfer to baking dish.
  3. Bake for 20 mins  or less.
  4. Remove from oven and cut into bars while hot.
  5. Let cool then transfer to fridge and store in airtight container there.
