Returns & Refund Policy

1. No Returns on Supplement Products

Due to the inherent nature of dietary supplements and for the protection of our customers, Prolean Wellness Management LLC does not accept returns or exchanges on any supplement products once they have left our control.

This policy is in place because:

• Product Integrity: We cannot verify if a product has been stored at the correct temperature or exposed to environmental contaminants after it leaves our facility.
• Safety Regulations: To prevent the risk of tampering or accidental contamination, we do not restock or resell any ingestible items that have been in the possession of a third party.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your orders, but we understand that issues can occur during transit. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

• Report the Issue: Contact our support team at Prolean Wellness within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
• Provide Documentation: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging or product.
• Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched to our shipping carrier, it is considered a final sale and is no longer eligible for cancellation.

4. Disclaimer

Products sold by Prolean Wellness are intended to support general wellness and have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen.
