Through GoProlean, you can complete a secure online health evaluation and have your information reviewed by a clinician licensed in your state. The clinician determines whether telehealth care is appropriate and explains the next steps available to you.
Eligibility, services and availability vary by state. All clinical decisions are made by the treating clinician.

Which option is right for me?
Choose Prolean Wellness when you want in-person services, physical assessments or ongoing support at our Scottsdale location. GoProlean may be appropriate when you prefer an online evaluation and remote care from a clinician licensed in your state.
GoProlean provides care through its online telehealth platform. The Prolean Wellness Scottsdale address is not a walk-in location for GoProlean appointments.
