Prolean Wellness is a physician-led naturopathic and wellness practice in Scottsdale, Arizona. The summary below outlines what is — and isn't — part of our clinical scope so you can decide whether we're the right fit before you book.
What we offer
- Naturopathic medical consultations with a licensed NMD, including history-taking, lab review, and personalized treatment planning.
- Medical weight loss programs with physician oversight, including lifestyle, nutrition, and metabolic strategies.
- DEXA body composition scans for accurate measurement of fat mass, lean mass, and bone density.
- Body sculpting & non-invasive aesthetic technologies — including Emerald Laser and Dynamic Muscle Sculpt.
- Nutrition and health coaching with credentialed practitioners.
- Practitioner-grade supplements selected and dispensed under clinical guidance.

What falls outside our scope
So we can refer you to the right specialist when needed, please note that we do not provide:
- Emergency or urgent medical care — please call 911 or go to your nearest ER.
- Primary care services such as routine immunizations, acute infection treatment, or controlled-substance prescriptions.
- Pediatric care (we see adult patients 18+).
- Surgical procedures or invasive cosmetic surgery.
- Mental health crisis services — please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or your nearest emergency department.

In-person services are provided at our Scottsdale, Arizona clinic. Online checkout and supplement shipping are available within the United States only.
