Eggnog Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 4-5 oz. vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
  • Homemade Skinny Eggnog or 1 dropper Eggnog stevia
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender with 1/2 cup of ice.
