    Apple Chai Smoothie

    A warming smoothie with apple and chai spices.

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups chopped apples
    • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
    • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 tsp stevia
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp cardamom
    • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
    • 1.5 cups ice

    Instructions

      Combine all ingredients in blender.
