Apple Chai Smoothie
A warming smoothie with apple and chai spices.
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped apples
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp stevia
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1.5 cups ice
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in blender.
