    Crockpot Chicken Fajita Soup

    A flavorful, easy slow-cooker soup packed with chicken and fajita seasonings.

    Ingredients

    • Two pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
    • Two 10 oz cans diced tomatoes
    • Two cups chicken or bone broth
    • Two tablespoons taco seasoning (no sugar)
    • Two teaspoons minced garlic
    • One onion – chopped/minced
    • One green pepper – chopped
    • One red pepper – chopped

    Instructions

      Add all ingredients to slow cooker/crockpot, stir and cook on low 6-8 hours.
