Apple Cider Vinegar Sinus Elixir
A warming drink to help clear sinuses with apple cider vinegar and cayenne.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp stevia (lemon flavor optional)
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 wedge lemon
Instructions

Bring water to a boil.

Combine hot water and apple cider vinegar in a mug.

Add stevia and cayenne pepper. Stir well.

Squeeze in lemon juice.

Take a deep breath of the mixture and drink.
