Turkey Spinach Meatballs
Flavorful turkey meatballs with spinach and a creamy feta sauce.

Preheat oven to 400F. Prepare a large baking tray covered with parchment paper.

Warm olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Add the chopped shallots, onion, garlic and cook until fragrant about 3-4 minutes.

Add spinach and cook until wilted. Add broth and tomato paste, mix well.

Combine turkey, herbs, flaxseeds, egg, and spinach mixture in a bowl. Form into meatballs.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.

For sauce, mash feta with yogurt, garlic, dill, and lime juice. Serve meatballs with sauce.
